We only collect public information. Analytical data (including user paths and technical information) and segmentation metrics (all other parameters, such as page types, product categories, customer and subscriber types, cart value) are set up in cooperation with the Client.
We enable full installation of the platform on the Client’s servers. We give full control on the tool and without your consent even YourCX analysts won’t be able to access collected data.
In legal terms, any contract is negotiated individually. We sign an appropriate NDA and conform to the requirements of your security departments. Our reporting processes are tailored to Clients’ needs.
Client gets total control over user accounts and their authorizations and restrictions. You can limit the access to selected functions and/or data.
