Data security

In YourCX we take sensitive data of our Clients with great care. Flexible and individual approach to each project ensures that all legal and technical requirements related to privacy and security are met. We are aware of enormous trust our Clients give us, although our concern is also due to the growing demand of consumers, whose awareness of security and privacy on the Web is constantly evolving.

First of all we want to maintain a positive image so that consumers recognize us and trust us. On their involvement depends the quality of data collected, which ultimately translates into the reliability of our services. We use the most advanced technology and never disclose our Client’s data to the public. We focus on long-term cooperation and business benefit of our partners is always the most important.

Our advantages:

Without the consent of users we do not save the code or screenshot of the page. We do not refer to external resources and do not use cookies in the Client’s domain. We do not retrieve any information from anyone else’s cookies.

We only collect public information. Analytical data (including user paths and technical information) and segmentation metrics (all other parameters, such as page types, product categories, customer and subscriber types, cart value) are set up in cooperation with the Client.

Our tool is developed completely in-house, so we have full control over it. The platform code is located on secure servers to which no unauthorized access is allowed.

We enable full installation of the platform on the Client’s servers. We give full control on the tool and without your consent even YourCX analysts won’t be able to access collected data.

In legal terms, any contract is negotiated individually. We sign an appropriate NDA and conform to the requirements of your security departments. Our reporting processes are tailored to Clients’ needs.

Client gets total control over user accounts and their authorizations and restrictions. You can limit the access to selected functions and/or data.
