General provisions

This Privacy Policy comes into force on 25 May 2018 and can be amended. In the case of persons who use the Website yourcx.io, the Privacy Policy comes into force on the date indicated and there is no need to provide information on the changes introduced. In the case of the Users who have accepted the Rules and Regulations as well as the Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Rules and Regulations shall apply to the changes in the document’s applicability and providing information on such changes.

Privacy

The principles we follow:
a) We respect the right to privacy.
b) We take care of data, including personal data, security.
c) We do not request you to log on to the Account when we send any e-mail correspondence. 
d) We do not request you to provide data by e-mail. YourCX employee will never ask for your password!

Using the Internet, choose only safe devices and networks. If you use the Website at work, follow the security recommendations of your organization.

„Cookies”
A cookie is a simple text file that is stored on your computer or mobile device by a website’s server. „Cookies” don’t contain any personal informations and do not allow any user identification.

How we use „cookies”?
„Cookies” are used to adjust research products behavior for research purposes as well to make research not invasive nor harmful to the user. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow us to understand how users make use of research products, which allows their improving.

Which „cookies” we use?
We use “persistend” cookies remaining on your device for specified period or until they are manually deleted by the user. Theese „cookies” are not necessary for research to work properly but their absence may cause inconvenience to the user. Third party cookies are subject of partners own privacy policies.

„Cookies” removing
The software used for web sites browsing allows to place “cookies” by default on your computer or mobile device. These settings can be changed to block the automatic handling of “cookies” in the web browser or inform on user each time cookies are submited. Data processing

Contact form
We process the following data in the contact form: e-mail and name. We can process additional data if you provide them to us during the course of communication (phone number, website address). However, we don’t ask for them and delete them if possible. If we request any data, its concerns the company.

Direct communications 
When you send email, post a comment on the site, or communicate directly with us by some other method, we may retain those communications in order to process inquiries about you, respond to requests about you, and provide Services that you request of us.  We may use your email address, phone number, or other means of communication that you authorize to communicate with you about our Services.

Surveys
Our Client’s own and control all information input into the YourCX software or generated in connection with the Services. Our Clients manage all Data, as well as the users who create, manage, distribute, or report the Data. YourCX treats all Data as highly confidential. All Data are safeguarded using industry best security practices that prevent unlawful disclosure. YourCX will process Data for the purpose of providing Services to Clients. YourCX may also anonymize and aggregate the Data and use such data for its business purposes. Our Clients must ensure that they follow applicable laws when distributing surveys. This includes following the applicable law when collecting personal information, preventing unsolicited emails from being sent, and deleting personal information when no longer required.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is being used. Google Analytics uses permanent cookies on your web browser to identify you as a unique user.  Please see Google’s privacy policy for more information on how data is collected and shared by Google.

 
Recipients of the data

We take advantage of services of the software development companies and ones which maintain ICT systems with which we have entered into relevant agreements. Such agreements cover the rules for data processing and confidentiality. These data are not made available, and none of those companies has the right to process the data in another way than the one set out in the agreement. Your data, if a company has access to them, may be processed only for the needs of the correct provision of the services.

Third party sites

We may have pages or other presence on various social networking sites or services, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.  Any information you post or provide through such sites and services will be subject to the policies of those sites and services, though we will collect, use, and share such information only in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

We may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information.  If you use such links, you will leave this site.  We do not control such linked third-party sites or any third party’s privacy practices.  We do not endorse or make any representations about third parties or third-party websites.  The information you choose to give to third parties is not covered by our Privacy Policy.  We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third party if you access third-party site using a link on our Site or on any Apps.
